Ordering & customization
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is typically 500–3,000 units per design. Logo-only branding on existing models usually carries a lower MOQ, while fully custom-molded products require higher volumes to cover tooling.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples so you can verify insulation, leak-proofing, logo print and finish before committing to bulk. Sample lead time is usually 5–7 days.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. We offer full OEM (your design) and ODM (our models, your brand) service: custom logo, Pantone color, bespoke molds, lids, straws and private-label gift packaging.
Can you print our logo?
Yes — silk-screen, laser engraving, UV print and embossing are all available. Send your logo file (AI/EPS/PDF preferred) and we will advise the best method for your product.
Materials & quality
What materials do you use?
Food-grade 304 and 316 stainless steel for vacuum drinkware, and BPA-free Tritan / food-grade PP for plastic bottles. Material reports are available on request.
What certifications can you provide?
We can support FDA, LFGB, REACH/Prop 65, BSCI/Sedex and ISO 9001 documentation depending on your product and market. Tell us your destination country and we will confirm the relevant reports.
Production & delivery
How long is the production lead time?
Bulk production typically takes 25–35 days after sample approval. Peak season (Q3) can extend this, so we recommend booking early.
How do you ship, and what about import duties?
Most orders ship by sea (20ft/40ft containers); air freight is used for samples and urgent top-ups. We provide HS codes, packing lists and certificates for smooth customs clearance. Import duties depend on your country.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment (T/T). We can discuss terms for established or large-volume buyers.
