In-house production process
Controlling every stage in one facility is what separates a manufacturer from a middleman. Our line covers the full journey from raw stainless steel to finished, packed product:
- Tooling & molding — in-house mold shop for custom shapes, lids and capacities.
- Stamping & welding — precision forming of inner and outer walls.
- Vacuum sealing — double-wall vacuum drawing for long hot/cold retention.
- Surface finishing — powder coating, rubber-paint, electro-polishing, Pantone color matching.
- Printing & branding — silk-screen, laser engraving, UV print and embossing for your logo.
- Assembly & packing — lid/straw assembly, leak testing and retail/gift packaging.
Quality control at every stage
Quality is checked throughout production, not just at the end. Our QC covers incoming materials (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC) and final output (OQC), with leak-proof and insulation testing on finished goods. Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is available so you can verify bulk quality before it ships.
Built for export orders
We understand international B2B requirements — stable bulk capacity, on-time delivery, correct documentation (HS codes, packing lists, material reports) and smooth customs clearance. Samples typically ship in 5–7 days and bulk production runs 25–35 days after approval.
